Roster
Outlook
This roster is below average but isn't terrible. Making the playoffs would be a good accomplishment, but to do that, you'll likely need to upgrade several positions through trades or waiver wire pickups.

QB Analysis

Lamar Jackson is an excellent QB1 for a 12-team league. Definitely a guy you can start every week, who will likely win you a few weeks with huge performances.
RB Analysis

Derrick Henry is an excellent RB1 for a 12-team league. He's a guy you confidently start every week who will almost certainly win you some weeks by himself with big performances.
For an RB2, James Conner is slightly below average for a 12-team league. He might be good enough to start all season, but also might hurt you. Tough to predict.
WR Analysis

Justin Jefferson is an excellent WR1 for a 12-team league. He will likely win you several weeks with huge performances.
Deebo Samuel isn't that good as a WR2 for a 12-team league, so unless you can upgrade, expect multiple weeks where he lets you down.
TE Analysis

Tyler Higbee is a horrendous TE1 for a 12-team league. Prioritize upgrading this spot.
FLEX Analysis

Michael Pittman Jr. is not an ideal FLEX1 for a 12-team league. You should see about upgrading if you can.
Compare vs. Average
PK Analysis
Jason Sanders is a slightly below average kicker.
In general, don't spend much time worrying about kickers. They are too unpredictable. Try to find a kicker on a team with a good offense. And if he's playing in a dome, even better.
DEF Analysis
The Baltimore Ravens are an average defense. They should be fine most weeks unless they have an unfavorable matchup.
