Team Analysis

Your team is definitely on the weak side and your playoff chances are not looking great. Hopefully you can make some strong waiver pickups and/or good trades to improve your roster.

Lamar Jackson is a strong QB1 for a 12-team league. He should consistently produce high-scoring weeks as your top quarterback.

Derrick Henry is not a great RB1 for a 12-team league, and there will likely be weeks where he'll make you regret not upgrading.

For an RB2, James Conner isn't too good for a 12-team league. You can't trust him to consistently produce enough points so we recommended trying to upgrade here.

Justin Jefferson is a strong WR1 for a 12-team league. He should certainly help your team with consistently productive weeks.

Deebo Samuel as your WR2 in a 12-team league is simply not good. You can't trust him to consistently produce enough points so we highly recommended trying to upgrade here.

Tyler Higbee is a horrendous TE1 for a 12-team league. Prioritize upgrading this spot.

Michael Pittman Jr. is a slightly below average FLEX1 for a 12-team league. He will produce in some games, but disappear in others.

Jason Sanders is a slightly below average kicker.

In general, don't spend much time worrying about kickers. They are too unpredictable. Try to find a kicker on a team with a good offense. And if he's playing in a dome, even better.

The Baltimore Ravens aren't the best defense, but D/STs are mostly a crapshoot. You'll probably want to stream defenses.
