Team Analysis

Your team is definitely on the weak side and your playoff chances are not looking great. Hopefully you can make some strong waiver pickups and/or good trades to improve your roster.

Lamar Jackson is a strong QB1 for a 12-team league. He should consistently produce high-scoring weeks as your top quarterback.

Derrick Henry isn't the best RB1 for a 12-team league but isn't the worst either. Keep your fingers crossed that he can provide you with enough good games throughout the season.

For an RB2, Zach Charbonnet isn't too good for a 12-team league. You can't trust him to consistently produce enough points so we recommended trying to upgrade here.

Justin Jefferson is a strong WR1 for a 12-team league. He should certainly help your team with consistently productive weeks.

Deebo Samuel isn't that good as a WR2 for a 12-team league, so unless you can upgrade, expect multiple weeks where he lets you down.

Tyler Higbee is a horrendous TE1 for a 12-team league. Prioritize upgrading this spot.

Michael Pittman Jr. isn't the best FLEX1 for a 12-team league, but should provide you with a handful of good games here and there.

Jason Sanders is a slightly below average kicker.

In general, don't spend much time worrying about kickers. They are too unpredictable. Try to find a kicker on a team with a good offense. And if he's playing in a dome, even better.

The Baltimore Ravens aren't the best defense, but D/STs are mostly a crapshoot. You'll probably want to stream defenses.
