This is an inferior team that almost certainly won't make the playoffs as is, unless you get some unexpected performances from multiple players. Therefore, you should look to make some trades ASAP and you should also be very active on your league's waiver wire.

Patrick Mahomes should be an okay QB1 for a 12-team league, but there will be multiple weeks where he'll make you regret not upgrading.

Isiah Pacheco is a terrible RB1 for a 12-team league. You should make it your priority to upgrade here.

For an RB2, Najee Harris isn't too good for a 12-team league. You can't trust him to consistently produce enough points so we recommended trying to upgrade here.

Ja'Marr Chase is an awesome WR1 for a 12-team league. He's a stud who you can rely on for consistently impressive production.

DeVonta Smith is an alright WR2 for a 12-team league. He probably won't carry you any weeks, but he should give you some productive games.

Irv Smith Jr. is a horrendous TE1 for a 12-team league. Prioritize upgrading this spot.

Travis Etienne is a rough FLEX1 for a 12-team league. There will be numerous weeks where he'll make you regret not upgrading.

Greg Zuerlein isn't the best kicker, but kickers are basically a guessing game.

In general, don't spend much time worrying about kickers. They are too unpredictable. Try to find a kicker on a team with a good offense. And if he's playing in a dome, even better.

The Pittsburgh Steelers are an average defense. They should be fine most weeks unless they have an unfavorable matchup.
