This is a terrible team and making the playoffs would be a minor miracle. Hopefully you can add some more talent via trades and waiver wire pickups or it's going to be a very long season.

Russell Wilson is a bad QB1 for a 16-team league. If you stick with him, he will make you wish you upgraded all season long.

Derrick Henry is a strong RB1 for a 16-team league. He's good enough to carry you some weeks, and bad games from him should be few and far between.

Justice Hill as your RB2 in a 16-team league is a nightmare scenario. You can't afford a serious weakness here, so try to upgrade ASAP.

Calvin Ridley is a really bad WR1 for a 16-team league. Make it a priority to try and upgrade here.

Allen Lazard as your WR2 in a 16-team league is just terrible. Pursue all possible ways to upgrade this spot.

Jamison Crowder is very weak WR3 for a 16-team league. Be aggressive in trying to upgrade here.

Travis Kelce is a solid TE1 for a 16-team league. His production may be inconsistent, but he should provide you with strong weeks every now and again.

Greg Zuerlein is a slightly below average kicker.

In general, don't spend much time worrying about kickers. They are too unpredictable. Try to find a kicker on a team with a good offense. And if he's playing in a dome, even better.

The Pittsburgh Steelers are an average defense. They should be fine most weeks unless they have an unfavorable matchup.
