Team Analysis

This is an inferior team that almost certainly won't make the playoffs as is, unless you get some unexpected performances from multiple players. Therefore, you should look to make some trades ASAP and you should also be very active on your league's waiver wire.

Russell Wilson should be an okay QB1 for a 16-team league, but there will be multiple weeks where he'll make you regret not upgrading.

Derrick Henry is an awesome RB1 for a 16-team league who is arguably the best player at his position and could very well be a league-winner.

For an RB2, Justice Hill isn't too good for a 16-team league. You can't trust him to consistently produce enough points so we recommended trying to upgrade here.

Calvin Ridley is a really bad WR1 for a 16-team league. Make it a priority to try and upgrade here.

Allen Lazard as your WR2 in a 16-team league is just terrible. Pursue all possible ways to upgrade this spot.

Diontae Johnson is very weak WR3 for a 16-team league. Be aggressive in trying to upgrade here.

Travis Kelce is a strong TE1 for a 16-team league. He should be plenty capable as your starter and could definitely lead you into the playoffs, especially if the rest of your team is strong.

Greg Zuerlein is a slightly below average kicker.

In general, don't spend much time worrying about kickers. They are too unpredictable. Try to find a kicker on a team with a good offense. And if he's playing in a dome, even better.

The Pittsburgh Steelers are an average defense. They should be fine most weeks unless they have an unfavorable matchup.
