This is an inferior team that almost certainly won't make the playoffs as is, unless you get some unexpected performances from multiple players. Therefore, you should look to make some trades ASAP and you should also be very active on your league's waiver wire.

Jalen Hurts is a strong QB1 for a 14-team league. He should consistently produce high-scoring weeks as your top quarterback.

Rachaad White is a terrible RB1 for a 14-team league. You should make it your priority to upgrade here.

DK Metcalf is very weak WR1 for a 14-team league. He may have some good weeks, but more often than not he will disappoint. Try to upgrade here if you can.

Courtland Sutton is an alright WR2 for a 14-team league. He probably won't carry you any weeks, but he should give you some productive games.

Ricky Pearsall is a good WR3 for a 14-team league. Not too flashy but should be productive more often than not.

Sam LaPorta is a horrendous TE1 for a 14-team league. Prioritize upgrading this spot.

Tyrone Tracy isn't the best FLEX1 for a 14-team league, but should provide you with a handful of good games here and there.

Younghoe Koo isn't the best kicker, but kickers are basically a guessing game.

In general, don't spend much time worrying about kickers. They are too unpredictable. Try to find a kicker on a team with a good offense. And if he's playing in a dome, even better.

The Miami Dolphins aren't the best defense, but D/STs are mostly a crapshoot. You'll probably want to stream defenses.
