Team Analysis

You have some good players that might give you a chance to compete this year, as long as you stay healthy. If you can make a trade that upgrades a starter or two, you would help your chances of making the playoffs.

Lamar Jackson is an excellent QB1 for a 14-team league. Definitely a guy you can start every week, who will likely win you a few weeks with huge performances.

Derrick Henry is an excellent RB1 for a 14-team league. He's a guy you confidently start every week who will almost certainly win you some weeks by himself with big performances.

Chris Olave is very weak WR1 for a 14-team league. He may have some good weeks, but more often than not he will disappoint. Try to upgrade here if you can.

Stefon Diggs isn't that good as a WR2 for a 14-team league, so unless you can upgrade, expect multiple weeks where he lets you down.

Romeo Doubs as your WR3 isn't good for a 14-team league. Pursue an upgrade if you can.

Mark Andrews isn't the best TE1 for a 14-team league, but he might have just enough good weeks to get away with it.

James Cook is an excellent FLEX1 for a 14-team league. He should reward you with multiple big scoring weeks.

Jason Myers is a slightly below average kicker.

In general, don't spend much time worrying about kickers. They are too unpredictable. Try to find a kicker on a team with a good offense. And if he's playing in a dome, even better.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers aren't the best defense, but D/STs are mostly a crapshoot. You'll probably want to stream defenses.
