Team Analysis
Overall Reaction

Roster
Outlook
This is an inferior team that almost certainly won't make the playoffs as is, unless you get some unexpected performances from multiple players. Therefore, you should look to make some trades ASAP and you should also be very active on your league's waiver wire.

QB Analysis

Baker Mayfield is an average QB1 for a 16-team league. Not bad, not great. He may win you some weeks, but will also throw in some pretty ugly performances here and there.
RB Analysis

Alvin Kamara is not an ideal RB1 for a 16-team league. He will have some okay weeks once in a while, but could have more bad ones than good ones. Try to upgrade if you can.
Austin Ekeler as your RB2 in a 16-team league is a nightmare scenario. You can't afford a serious weakness here, so try to upgrade ASAP.
WR Analysis

Tyreek Hill is very weak WR1 for a 16-team league. He may have some good weeks, but more often than not he will disappoint. Try to upgrade here if you can.
Stefon Diggs as your WR2 in a 16-team league is simply not good. You can't trust him to consistently produce enough points so we highly recommended trying to upgrade here.
TE Analysis

George Kittle is a strong TE1 for a 16-team league. He should be plenty capable as your starter and could definitely lead you into the playoffs, especially if the rest of your team is strong.
FLEX Analysis

Tyler Lockett is a rough FLEX1 for a 16-team league. There will be numerous weeks where he'll make you regret not upgrading.
Compare vs. Average
PK Analysis
Harrison Butker is a good kicker who you can probably start every week.
In general, don't spend much time worrying about kickers. They are too unpredictable. Try to find a kicker on a team with a good offense. And if he's playing in a dome, even better.
DEF Analysis
The Jacksonville Jaguars aren't the best defense, but D/STs are mostly a crapshoot. You'll probably want to stream defenses.
How are the grades given at each position?
Our grading system doesn't just give grades based on a player's value or ranking in a vacuum. Our grades work off of your player's value vs. the average player's value at that specific positional slot.
For example, the 2nd or 3rd best overall RB might "only" get an A in the RB1 slot. But if that same player was in the RB2 slot on your team, he would almost certainly be an A+ since his value would be much greater compared to the averge player in that slot.
