This is an inferior team that almost certainly won't make the playoffs as is, unless you get some unexpected performances from multiple players. Therefore, you should look to make some trades ASAP and you should also be very active on your league's waiver wire.

Justin Herbert should be an okay QB1 for a 12-team league, but there will be multiple weeks where he'll make you regret not upgrading.

De'Von Achane is a strong RB1 for a 12-team league. He's good enough to carry you some weeks, and bad games from him should be few and far between.

For a 12-team league, Josh Jacobs is a pretty good RB2. Barring something unexpected, he should produce well in this role.

Amari Cooper is a really bad WR1 for a 12-team league. Make it a priority to try and upgrade here.

Chris Olave as your WR2 in a 12-team league is just terrible. Pursue all possible ways to upgrade this spot.

Dalton Schultz is a horrendous TE1 for a 12-team league. Prioritize upgrading this spot.

Devin Singletary is a rough FLEX1 for a 12-team league. There will be numerous weeks where he'll make you regret not upgrading.

Jason Myers is a slightly below average kicker.

In general, don't spend much time worrying about kickers. They are too unpredictable. Try to find a kicker on a team with a good offense. And if he's playing in a dome, even better.

The New England Patriots aren't the best defense, but D/STs are mostly a crapshoot. You'll probably want to stream defenses.
