Team Analysis

This is an inferior team that almost certainly won't make the playoffs as is, unless you get some unexpected performances from multiple players. Therefore, you should look to make some trades ASAP and you should also be very active on your league's waiver wire.

Matthew Stafford is a slightly above average QB1 for a 14-team league. His production may be inconsistent, but he should provide you with really strong weeks every now and again.

Aaron Jones is a terrible RB1 for a 14-team league. You should make it your priority to upgrade here.

Marvin Harrison Jr. is very weak WR1 for a 14-team league. He may have some good weeks, but more often than not he will disappoint. Try to upgrade here if you can.

Jakobi Meyers as your WR2 in a 14-team league is simply not good. You can't trust him to consistently produce enough points so we highly recommended trying to upgrade here.

Quentin Johnston is a bearable WR3 for a 14-team league. Just don't expect too much.

David Njoku is a pretty weak TE1 for a 14-team league. May show up a few times over the course of a season, but otherwise will likely let you down.

Keenan Allen isn't the best FLEX1 for a 14-team league, but should provide you with a handful of good games here and there.

Justin Tucker isn't the best kicker, but kickers are basically a guessing game.

In general, don't spend much time worrying about kickers. They are too unpredictable. Try to find a kicker on a team with a good offense. And if he's playing in a dome, even better.

The Houston Texans are a solid defense. They should be startable most weeks, depending on the matchup, of course.
